For my birthday Caitlin got me the most amazingest present ever. A RECORD PLAYER.
Now I can listen to my only record, in the aeroplane over the sea, over and over again.
I now want to go out and by every old Beatles record.
Twenty minutes after getting home from work and before I had to leave for Lees palace for soundcheck/loadin/whatever, I found out our theme for the night was: birthday pool party.

Birthday pool parties are the best thing ever. Next to record players.
In retrospect that image looks like we're just wearing shorts, but there were beach balls. And waterwings. I swear. |

The best part about yesterday was how everyone at work asked me why I had written "ERIC RULES" on my right hand with a Sharpie. |

At work they're forcing everyone to take some online courses offered by our company.

This week Adam and I stepped up the war on the mice. Stepping it up included buying 4 traps, two of the sticky variety and two of the snap snap type.
The mice, I suspect, are smarter than we think. I figure mice would be drawn by the peanut scented goodness coming out of our traps. What gives? I know they're there. I even heard one under my bed yesterday. What the hell does it do under my bed? It better not be eating old Mondos or I'll be pissed. |
